BOOKING CONDITIONS
Our booking conditions:
- Deposit of 25% on booking:
- Balance to be paid 30 days before the start of the stay
- Payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, cheque, vacation vouchers up to a maximum of 400 €.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees according to the scale below:
- Cancellation between 30 and 21 daysbefore the start of the holiday:
25% of the total cost of the holiday
- Cancellation between 20 and 15 days before the start of your stay:
50% of the total cost of your stay
- Cancellation between 14 and 2 days before the start of your stay:
75% of the total cost of your stay
- Between 2 days and departure or no-show:
100% of the total cost of the stay
Whatever the reason for your cancellation, the amount of these charges cannot be
reduced, as the service providers cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a situation that
is of your own making.
No reimbursement will be made for any stay that is interrupted.
